We have the wedding of our daughter Gabriela u. Sven Jetter celebrated at Waldfrieden in Tengen. Everything was just the best. The starter, main course and dessert are only the finest. The friendliness of the hosts and staff was great. Thanks again to all of you, I can only recommend it. ????

Fabulous all around! We spontaneously booked a room for 2 people and a dog for an overnight stay because we were passing through. A very nice inn in an idyllic location, with a spacious guest house and a lot of attention to detail. The processing was absolutely uncomplicated, the hygiene guidelines are respected 100%, but this hardly leads to restrictions. I would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly and courteous staff as well as the kitchen at the highest level! The breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent view of the hilly landscape is also worth mentioning. Everything was just right here. Thanks again! ???

Rating only applies to the restaurant: The welcome was spontaneous and warm and the perfect service and the delicious food was a surprise. A small minus point (cannot deduct a star for it) is the price policy for the non-alcoholic drinks (0.5 Cola / Fanta / Spezi) which are unfortunately a bit more expensive than 0.5l draft beer ..... Food / snack menu tasty, sufficient and of the best quality. We have now also been there for the evening menu and can highly recommend it.

Very good traditional cuisine, very nice terrace with a view of the Alps

The food was excellent for the palate and eyes. The dessert surpassed the starters and the main courses. The menu is not huge, but offers something for everyone (which speaks for the restaurant). The service is friendly and good. The restaurant is bright and friendly, the terrace is the ideal place for the weather. There is a star deduction for the somewhat high prices.

Super good food?. The plates are very lovingly and artistically prepared. For real gourmets. This scenic and family restaurant is always freshly cooked according to the season. A treat for the palate? The service is very friendly and always very attentive. Highly recommended.

A very special place! Fantastically beautiful view up to the Alps. The dining room and the terrace are super nice. Everything lovingly prepared. The newly designed herb garden will whet your appetite for the very sophisticated menu! Highly Recommended!!!

Ambience and service were good. The menu was also good from the idea. Unfortunately, the food was very strong in taste, so the assumption is that flavor enhancers were used. The high price for the New Year's Eve menu is therefore not entirely justified.
